This policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through our website mynutricor.com (“Platform”).

Order Cancellations
1.1 Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
1.2 Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to our logistics partners, dispatched for shipping, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery. -
Exceptions to Cancellation
2.1 We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable or consumable items (such as nutraceuticals, supplements, or other consumables) once shipped.
2.2 However, a refund/replacement may be considered if you establish that the product delivered was damaged, defective, or compromised in quality. The replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 7-10 days. -
Damaged or Defective Products
3.1 In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer service team at elariaenterprises@gmail.com or call +91 7892041772.
3.2 The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
3.3 The product will be inspected by our team and/or the concerned seller/merchant. If found defective or damaged, we will initiate a replacement or refund at our discretion. -
Mismatch or Incorrect Product
4.1 If the product you receive is not as described on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, you must inform us within 2 days of receipt.
4.2 Our customer service team will review the case and take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund. -
Products with Manufacturer Warranty
5.1 For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any complaints or service requests should be directed to the manufacturer as per the warranty terms. -
Refund Timelines
6.1 In case of refunds approved by Nutricor, the amount will be processed within 2 business days and credited within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
6.2 The refund will be credited to your original method of payment unless otherwise communicated. -
